With F6App you can add real context to the ticket by using your camera to record a video or take pictures and even saying it to us, yes, send us a voice message alongside ticket details. If you ever wondered when creating a ticket - "I wish I could explain or show it to you", now you can! Once you start using this app you will never go back to raising tickets with CSI in the old fashioned way. You will need to use the same credentials as per CSI Managed Engine. This App is completely free to all CSI customers.
